What is the best way to crush the grain, I don't have a mill! Would a blender on 'crush' work?
 
It depends on how you will be mashing. A blender can quickly turn your grain into flour and if you are going to be using a cooler type MT you will most likely get a stuck sparge. If you BIAB you would probably OK.

Some others that may have tried it can give you more details.
