My uncle wants me to try brewing a "Graham Cracker Stout" I had never heard of it before but he says it is delicious, I looked for a recipe but was unable to find one, has anybody tried to brew this before or have a recipe for it.
Denver Beer Company has a Graham Cracker Porter that I've had at their taproom once. It was too sweet for my taste, though. Maybe they would give you some hints regarding a recipe.
Void of a pure "graham cracker" solution, I would add vanilla and bourbon. 3/4 cup makers mark plus a vanilla bean scraped and soaked to taste for 10-14 days in the secondary (or bourbon).
Check out this thread from the recipe database. It's the updated recipe from another thread in the recipe database. A lot documented experience brewing with graham crackers. It's a brown ale not a stout, but it's a starting point.
