I pitched it Monday at 6:30am so 4 days. I Pitched a good 2L starter and it took off right away.

not really, for the most part I get to my target FG in 10 days, and then hold it there for another 11days.After that it can go for many months depending on the beer.
This beer thought I want as a quick and easy every day beer.
Sorry, I thought I posted that. 1.0420. It's not a big beer, but a beer for every day.

1.75 L WLP023 starter from Stir plate
68ºF Fermentation.
