Got a free Corona mill...but broken

Hi everyone, I just received a hand crank, old Corona grain mill for free. Which is awesome, but it's broken sort of. One of the stones has detached from the plastic that holds it. It appears to be glued (typically), I can't think or see of any other way it attaches. Regardless, has anyone else had something like this happen, and if so, what glue did you use to fix it?

If this hasn't happened to anyone else, do you think a masonry/plastic glue would work, or liquid nails, PL 400 or something work you think?
