My local brew shop, The brew Monger is closing its doors. I was in there today grabbing a few things and he had 50% his 1oz hops. I picked up the following with no plan simply because they were cheap:

2 US Brewers Gold
2 Czech Saaz
2 UK Challenger
2 UK Admiral
2 Liberty

Plus to Windsor British Ale Yeast.

Any thoughts on what to do with these hops? Maybe a crappy IPA with all of them? Call it Andys swill in a keg.

the saaz is good for anything German...Helles, pils, weizen etc.
the brewers gold should work for anything English/Anglo-American.
sorry, I'm not familiar with the others...
I would not just throw em all together, but that's me

This ^ You can use the liberty for a cream ale.

Use them as bittering hops for any recipe. Any hop that boils for 60 minutes will not have much flavor other than the bitterness.

2 Czech Saaz 6 lbs Pale 2 row, 4 lbs dakota two track (or 4 lbs munich) 1 lbs flaked oats, 1 oz Admiral 60, 1 oz saaz 5, 1 oz saaz 0 minutes. mangrove jack workhorse at 60 degrees.

2 Liberty 10Lbs pale 2 row, 1 lbs flaked oats, bitter to 35 IBU with the admiral, then 1 oz liberty at 5, 1 oz at flame out / US-05

I would be sure to add most of it to the end of the boil. Hops is very beneficial to your health when only boiled for a short time.
