Was wondering if anybody had some good recommendations for a pH meter. If I'm going to invest a decent chunk of change into it I figured I could use some feedback and other people's experience with certain meters. Something that could work with cheese as well would be a huge plus. Cheers and happy brewing!

I just put mine away (was measuring the pH of canned hotsauce I just made).

I am an avid brewer, cheesemaker, and general cook. I can recommend this meter without any reservations at all. If you rinse in the sink, then make sure the cap contains 4pH cal solution, it will last a long time and be very accurate each time you take it out. I tend to cal each time, but it's usually within 0.05 before I do.

This meter has a flat head that protects the bulb on the end, so it's great for foods, especially cheese! You can use it when forming curds, and on finished cheese.

I also included a link to a pH cal solution set that I use. Don't buy the meter without getting cal solutions.
