Good or bad idea?

Im brewing a dipa tonight amarillo centennial cascade and citra i was thinking of adding some coriander and orange peel. Would this add to the beer or get in the way?

I used orange zest once and Coriander once. Neither seemed overpowering so I don't think it would "get in the way" I vote - give it a try.

hmm...stone does a cali-belgique that kinda has a belgian IPA thing goin on...i dunno if they actually add coriander and orange peel or just use a belgian yeast. i think it's the latter, but the flavor combo is really similar to what you're describing and it's a delicious beer!

Any idea on an amount of coriander? An oz or less?
