Good News! 1st batch is a success.

After 2 weeks in the bottle, I opened up two test bottles and it was a success. It was carbed with a nice head on it. It was also pretty tasty-not bad for the 1st one.

Now get a couple of more fermenters so you can get a pipeline going, so you are not tempted to drink all of you beer too young.

Congratulations! I'm drinking my first bottle of my first brew right now! Well, okay, I had a bottle the other night with my dad, but didn't chill it (couldn't wait) so that didn't count. I'm quite happy with this one! Can't wait for my IPA to carb up, I just bottled it yesterday.
