I just set up a temp control system for my fermentation system. I have a sous vide circulator so I bought a 30 gallon tub at the Home Depot to hold 2 6.5 gallon carboys. I filled it with water after I placed the carboys in the tub and dialed in my primary fermentation temp of 72. The system holds the temp nicely. I will second the question... What yeast?

72 is to warm for most yeasts unless it is a saison or a Belgian.
