I spent all day fishing with the boy. The action was crap but the company was great! Love those beautiful spring sunburn days and cool evenings with everything in bloom and green.

Noice! I brewed inside yesterday. Just a tad cool for messing around in the garage. Still, the days are getting longer and the nights are getting warmer. It won't be long
It won't be long till summer comes now that the boys are here again.

The boys are back in town.

Sounds like a great day, indeed! I need a day like that soon now that the weather is getting nice.

Enjoy that time buddy. I too took a vacation week to brew...........But first, it's chores. 8 hours on the mower yesterday. Today will be scrubbing carboys, kegs, and other boring junk. Tomorrow house work, and maybe.............I'll get to use one day of the 7 to brew with on Saturday.

Yesterday, for the better part of the mowing day, I kept looking forward to a few pints of ice cold lawnmower beer when I got done. Finally when I couldn't see to mow any more, I was so tired that I came in, showered, drank a liter of water and went to bed.

Hope your off days are better than mine. lol

Brew on Brother!

Love the set up! Looks like you had a day in heaven! Hope you was drinking some homebrew too!
Cheers
Jay

I brewed yesterday while on vacation as well! didn't have the good eats you did, but i enjoyed the day just as much i think. cheers.

Sausage turned out great! Venison (and some pork for fat). The snack sticks were made with pepper jack cheese and the summer sausage was made with some cheddar. Enjoyed a few home brews as well...a yoopers oatmeal stout, a bm's cream of three crops and a bm's summit pale ale. Had a snpa in there for good measure. The pale ale I brewed is a spin off of the summit, but I subbed centennial and Citra for a different taste. Good times.
