I have two ancient cappers I picked up at an auction for a few $ each. They work fine (bottles and caps haven't changed much over time), and are better than spending $40+ on one.

If you are an antique/auction fan keep an eye out for some. You might find a really good deal.

Aren't there only about three, unless you want to combine with a corker? They are all under $40. Can't go wrong, but I like the Agata design better. The plastic frame and sliding platform on the Colonna bother me. Too much plastic.
Or... I got one from circa 1950 off ebay for $10. Solid steel.

I have the Super Agata that seems to work pretty well. I've had no complaints with it. I do wish I had checked out ebay first, though. I probably would have picked up a nice solid vintage one.
