$400 takes all. I don't know if that is realistic, a steal, or somewhere in between so feel free to heckle or offer. Seems like a good deal for somebody but I recognize selling together is not the way to get the most money. Located front range of Colorado.

Responded to PM. One thing to note is the pH probe will need replaced. They have a limited lifespan and this has been stored for a minute.
