I am new to this but I created a good Run of liquor great taste decent proof but low yield only got about a court and a 1/2 if that Out of a 5 gallon mash
1st I started with 5 pounds of oats Rye and corn I ground that up He is up to gallons of water for my Sugar wash And then boiled my graine for about an hour When everything cool down enough to the proper temperatures I used My EnzymeAnd then My yeast nutrient I added 3 more gallons of waterTo cool everything down to the proper temp so I can pitch my It fermented for a week and a 1/2 But like a sad only produced about a quart and a 1/2 1st jar was proofed at 165 2nd jar was 90

By the way it was 5 pounds of Rye oats and corn chicken feed
Five pounds of sugar
5 gallons of distilled water
Couple tablespoons of enzyme
1 tablespoon of yeast nutrient
About 7 tablespoons of Red star dry yeast
