Word. I've got a keg of blonde that I'm taking over to a friends house after work. They'll put it on ice, hook up the picnic tap, and roll. Between tonight and tomorrow's post-tubing party, I hope 5 gallons holds up for 25 people. We'll see. Supposedly there's a lot of liquor drinkers there too.

I have two versions of the Irish Red in my signature that are just about ready (been cold conditioning for about 2 weeks now) I split the last batch and did half without honey. They both taste great already.
