I think that I'm going to attempt Papazian's Goat's Scrotum from The Complete Joy of Homebrewing. Anyone brewed it before? Any tips? I'm thinking about using ginger, licorice and molasses.
We made it using cocoa. It came out really good but my guys made me name it "The Beer That Shall Not Be Named" because they refused to call it Goat Scrotum.
