Hi all, I've been trying to find some helpful info and haven't been successful, maybe someone here can help.

I scored a glycol chiller from a distributor that had a one loaned to a bar and they unfortunately closed down. It's a banner 1/5 hp line chiller with 1 in and out. I'll attach photos.

It has one temp controller that measures the temp of the bath and an on/off switch. The compressor kicks on or off based on the return glycol temp.

Here is my question, should I wire up another temp controller that controls the pump and gets its temp from the fermentor probe? In theory it should be pretty easy and will give me more control over the fermentation temps as the temperature changes in my garage.

I've attached a few photos, if anyone has advice it would be great appreciated.
