I am planning a gingerbread stout. I have my stout recipe down and have an idea my spice list. I've never used any spices so I don't know if it's too much or too little.
1.5 tsp ground ginger
1tsp cinnamon
.25 tsp clove
.25 tsp nutmeg
Any suggestions welcome
