Hey everyone
Just wondering, i have put on a brew of ginger beer (made from scratch, using 1kg of ginger root, some lemon zest & juice & some cinnamon to name a few ingredients, the sg was 1.035, its been about 4 - 5 days and its reading around 1.030 - 1.028, is it just a slow fermenting brew? its brewing at a nice warm temp, (about 26 celcius).
the airlock is bubbling nicely, (not that u should judge by the airlock lol)
am i worrying to much? its my first from scratch brew so i am worrying a little, any suggestions would be much appreciated
