I havent brewed in while due to cold weather and an unheated brew shed...gettin the itch. I have all of the ingredients for quite a few brews. I see a black IPA and a nice light blond in my future... been on a diet.. got 6 taps within arms reach and havent had a beer in over 2 weeks...down 2 pant sizes already lol

This is the 1st winter I have brewed through....usually only do spring, summer, and fall....but rigged my fermentation chamber this year in my garage to allow for heating to keep ferm temps in range.
As far as the coldness outside....not so bad.....got a propane heater and beer to keep me warm!
So get out there and brew this weekend!

Start now do when those spring days come along you are read to enjoy a beer.
I'm visiting family in Ohio and brewed this past sunday. It was actually pretty mild temperature-wise. DO IT!

I say go for it. I took a year sabbatical and I've brewed 3 times since the new year and it feels good
