So I want to come up with a "countdown" calendar, where if a time to submit entries is known, it will display what styles are feasible to have ready, which ones will be a little long in the tooth by then (wheats not usually holding for a year), etc.
So info I am looking for, is suggested times for styles from brewing to fermenting to when it's ready to drink.

NB has a nice calendar, but its more of a general guide to what folks tend to brew and drink, but if I am gearing for a competition, I might want to make something "out of season"
