New to the forum and only have about 6 months of brewing under my belt and I have some questions as searching on my phone is tedious and labor consuming. I'm looking for plans/forms/ideas on how to expand my operation step by step. Currently I have 7 5 gallon tubs sitting around bubbling with blankets on, a carboy, a 5 gal stainless steel pot and various utensils. Kinda done with the cook on stove and sparge with strainer then sanitize and clean with star San in my bathtub thing. want to move up and onward. Thinking a start with a good propane burner and platform. Putting together some fermentation chambers in the garage with insulation and temp controllers. And then...? Point me good sites or posts or plans or what people are done so I can research and start some vuilding

I'd recommend a chest freezer with a temperature controller. You can get a good-sized chest freezer for $100 on craigs list and a temperature controller for $60 or less.

since your getting a propain burner, might as well get a bigger kettle to do full boils and bigger batches. do you have a wort chiller?
