Getting back into it after +10 years

Hello from Long Island. My old brewery (if you can call it that) became my child's nursery and well, my beer making came to a stop.
I was by no means a pro but had fun doing it, now that winter is moving in, I decided to get back in to brewing. This time around, I want to kick it up a notch or 10

Congrats on getting back into it. I stepped away for 18 years after college and just got back into it about 3 years ago. So much has changed for the better.

Check out the BIAB (brew in a bag) style of brewing,things just seem to be getting easier...

The same thing happened to my winery. Our first born son came along & claimed it decades ago now. Got into brewing some 4 years ago. Welcome home!

I too had a few years out, but it is better the second time round,I must have changed.
Like my dad I suppose, when I was 15 I thought he was was really dumb and new nothing, his opinions always wrong. Then when I was 25 wow how HE had changed he was suddenly right about everything and a smashing guy.
A more mature approach really helped.
