I remember a beer I used to get regularly in Bamberg, Germany. Benedictiner Breu by Gebruder Maisels GMBH. Reportedly a recipe brewed by local monks and licensed to the brewery. Lovely malty sweetness well balanced with clean hops. I would greatly appreciate any help with finding a recipe to clone this delicious brew.
