Bobby C? A Mormon attending BYU that can't wait to crack a beer with his uncle? Something is not adding up here...
Maybe I shouldve used something other than BYU. Web site man, change my college to something else please.

Black Hills State University. University of SD is too close you Yankton to make the rest of your story believable.

Riverboat Wheat. And I think a good story for it is that he brewed it in celebration of Yankton Riverboat Days and it was such a hit that he now brews it regularly. I'm not sure if alcohol is allowed at the fest--none of the food vendors list it.

I noticed the lack of alcohol as well. However there are still bars and restaurants by the river that could've put it on tap.

Just might be worth noting that Yankton is referenced in the new Grand Theft Auto, most people probably won't catch it since its in the prologue, but I did and laughed. But if there's someone on BA that pays attention to minute details like that, they might immediately be on to us based on that small coincidence.

I say embrace it! Jim is brewing Bourbon County Grand Theft Stout-O

Alright Guys, the results are in:
1. Lewis and Clarke porter
2. Old English Saddle
3. Five loafs hefe/seventh trumpet pale (tie)

I know one of you ******** tied the third place on purpose. Oh well, I guess Jim can have four regular line up beers. I'll do a "commercial description" for these beer and have them posted here tomorrow so people can make suggestions and, approve/disapprove. Then we can anounce the beers on the website.

We still have a lot of work to do. One thing I would like to discuss is what kind of a brewing setup does Jim Have? I'm not a brewer, but many of you that do brew may have helpfull advice. We will also need a fake phone#, and have a specific address for him, whether the address is fake or real because those will be required for submission on BA-http://beeradvocate.com/beer/add_est
