Hi All,
I've been brewing some 1-gallon batches lately, they fit nicely in my fridge.
After 2 weeks of fermentation I placed in my fridge for 5 days to help clear the beer. After I bottle, should I condition back in the fridge? Or should I let the bottles set at room temp for a week? My fridge is cold around 36 deg.
Thanks!

Bottle conditioning is at room temperature. Depending upon the beer and typical room temperatures below 70°F, conditioning can take three to six weeks.

Had your beer reached final gravity before cold crashing?

After you bottle and prime, leave them at room temp 2 to 3 weeks to carbonate. They will not carbonate if you stick them straight into the fridge.

After 2 to 3 weeks, put a test bottle in the fridge, chill for 24 hours, and check for carbonation. If the test bottle is adequately carbonated, then you can go ahead and put the rest of the bottles in the fridge. If not, wait another week or so and try again.
