I was wanting to use gelatin finnings to clear my beer before bottling . Does it have to be cold ? If I don't have enough fridge space will it work at room temperature ?[/
Alright I found a place to put it temporally does it need to stay in there until I am ready to bottle it ? Gne

I use gelatin finings all the time at room temperature, usually takes 2-4 days to do its thing. Being colder would be optimal, but I don't have the resources to do it either.

The beer doesn't need to be cold for the gelatin to work but it speeds up the process. I tend to cold crash my fermentor, rack to keg, add gelatin and its clear within 48 hrs @ 41 degrees.
