Long time reader first time poster. Finally took the time to sign-up and am looking forward to contributing. I've brewed on and off for the last 4 years and recently have really got involved in it as a hobby.
I think brewing becomes a hobby when you realize you have a collection of hops and yeast on stand-by
and that collection just keeps on getting bigger.
