I've been working on my gas beam for 2 days now and mig welding everything and I can't get it 100% sealed with about 90 psi. There are multiple pin holes around my fittings and at the ends. Any tips? Did anyone else just Leave the pin holes and have had no problems?

Grind the existing welds down as flat as you can get them, then run on continuous weld around each fitting. Set your welder a little on the hot side. Get your workpiece set up to where you can run your weld comfortably before doing each fitting.

I am assuming you are talking about a propane gas manifold, and if you are:

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE IT IF YOU CAN'T GET IT SEALED PROPERLY.

If you still can't get it sealed, find a friend that is a better welder, or hire a professional. This is a hobby, its not worth getting dead over.
