Hi

Interestingly, when you click on the link, it comes up with one price ($44.99) and suggests it's available for a lower one ($39.99) with the coupon. Put it in your cart and the coupon is declared invalid for that item. So much for the sale.

Crazy!

any pictures of how you mounted the drill?

I used 3 L brackets.

No variable speed, pull the trigger it's on release it's off!

I would guess that my Dad paid less than $35 back in the day. I do have to be careful though, I have seen smoke come out of the vents after a big grain bill.

$35 was big money back then...if that poor thing is smoking after use you are surely going to kill it soon...I suggest spending $35 for a drill that will handle the job with ease. That is a pretty cool tool pack, I had no idea something like this combo was ever made...donate that sucker to a museum.

Here are a few pics of my simple assembly mounted on a piece of plywood over a Lowes 5 gallon bucket:

Nylon washer is the perfect additional space between the drill and the plywood in order to align the chuck with the mill shaft.
