I know I'm several days behind, but....
I'm an amateur/hobby photographer. No photographer worth his salt keeps all of his files in one location. My "good" images are saved on at least three different drives - the main drive in my computer, a backup image of the main drive made 3x a week on a 1TB external drive, and a third external drive where really important documents are copied to once or twice a month - and this drive is kept at my desk at work, in case something would happen to my house, and only brought home when something new needs to be added.
External hard drives are cheap. Ridiculously cheap. Like $100 will buy you enough drive space for a couple thousand books. How is it Microsoft Tech Support's fault that you fail to have a basic file management and data security plan? "I'm an author and homebrewer" ===> "Failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part"

It is a CBA (Craft Beer Alliance) brand which is mostly owned by A-B InBev. It may be entirely owned by them, but I'm not 100% sure.
The other breweries licensed to produce the Kona brand are all located on the mainland in Oregon, Washing and New Hampshire.
But the main brewery is on the big island.

For one, my external drive software in the computer wasn't working right. The back up routine wanted to dominate it & wouldn't clear files from the folder after downloading to the drive. They couldn't get it to boot in order to do anything else. Even they admitted to that. So as soon as I get the W7 disc with the software needed, I can download the rest of the hard drive in order to wipe the disc & get everything working right again, so I can do normal save routines. It was that google galaxy download that started all this. I was finally getting file associations to work again too. Just had trouble with back up & all that. And it does constitute an emergency, or we wouldn't call for help. We can't afford to loose our files. And they should have all kinds of boot routines, etc on disc that they all use, shouldn't they?

Well, I'm on permanent vacation, so not too many worries here. What gets me most is how computers often do not what we want, but only what we tell it. And the one guy ota the group that preferred Bud Light Lime over the few home brew samples I passed around. His brother promptly gave him a brain duster. I tried hard not to laugh at that one, but didn't succeed very well. But before leaving, he wanted to discount my yard work for a case of mixed beers for his 4th of July bbq last year. WTF???
