Some girls were asking about Duck Rabbit's Milk Stout and the bartender says, "I think it's because they put milk in it."

That is pretty funny. But seeing as though lactose is milk sugar, he's not too far off.
There is a new type of bud light out, I can't remember what it is called but it is pretty high in alcohol and supposed to be low calorie. These guys at the bar were bragging about it saying how strong it was and that it tasted like water. I told them that I thought bud light was supposed to taste like water, but they claimed that beer that strong doesn't usually taste as good as bud light.

Maybe for a 5 year old?
Bud Light Platinum. It's like 6% or something. People who like to get trashed think it's liquid gold.
I love seeing people act like they're "cultured" because they drink Blue Moon, too. Kudos for not drinking BMC,

Yup, Blue Moon is made by Coors. Also same goes when people drink shock top. They think their drinking "craft" beer but it's actually made by Anheuser.
Both of those taste like crayons smell. Maybe it's just me.

This thread took a turn. It's one thing to post amusing things people have said, but it's another to look down your nose at people who like beer you feel is beneath you. Remember guys, there's a big difference between beer enthusiast and beer snob.
Just yesterday one of my relatives said his favorite types of beer are stouts and ales.

Yo Mark, stouts are ales.

I was getting a tour at a brewery by their newest brewer. He later admitted he'd never homebrewed, and was still learning but these was the answer to one question:
The difference between dry hopping and wet hopping is that wet hopping is with pellets and dry hopping is with whole hops.
KISS Brew said:I had a similar experience on a brewery tour, although it was not a brewer giving the tour.
The tour leader kept repeating that dry hopping made beer more bitter, I kept repeating that it didn't, and nobody else on the tour really gave a damn.
