The last few years I've really been drinking a lot more wheat beers... decided to try a higher alcohol wheat this time (around 7.5%-8%). Fermentation on a normal wheat is entertaining but this one was, as expected, even more so.
I went with a blow off tube/large container from the start and it still made a mess... actually still making a mess. Krausen is steadily flowing out the top of the Fermenator, semi-blocking the tube for a few seconds, and then explosively expelling.
I need to make some popcorn...
