I've been away from home unexpectedly & unavoidably for almost 4 weeks. My sweet stout is perfectly aged (my host had some, since he'd helped make it)...
And my golden/cream highbred has been bottle conditioning for 4 weeks, and I've not had a drop.
Granted, there are 6 cornies of homebrew downstairs, and I have the privilege of the 'keys' to the kegs, but it's just not the same, you know?
I'm hoping this weekend it will all be done and I can crack one! At least I know the basement stays about 55F!
