I'm brewing a small batch of a fruit beer, raspberry most likely. I'll be using an wheat extract for this brew and im kind of hung up on which yeast to use. Using a german yeast at a higher temperature for a slight banana flavor and a hallertau or maybe a US-05 for a clean finish with a light dose of Williamette. I need some opinions please.
