Brother in law game me a 5 lb. bucket of liquid fructose... Any suggestions on what I could do with it? Not sure on how much to use in a batch or what to make...

Just fructose? I'd probably use about 1lb at a time as an adjunct. Basically it can be used in place of table sugar for whatever you are making. But I'd not use more than 1lb just incase it is more than a bit different.

As far as I know its straight fructose... brother in law works in a food processing plant.

yeah it really depends on what you want to use it in. In beer it is a 'adjunct' and thus discouraged, but no forbidden. It is free which is always a plus. So if you have recepie calling fora 1lb of table sugar, you could use this. Alternatively you could use it in some skeeterpee. I'd guess athat 1lb has about the same sugar level as table sugar giving it about 45 pppg. - or 1% abv in 5 gallons of beer.
