frozen keg

My keg got frozen. Is there any special way to thaw it out?

Fridge in garage below zero out. Temp to low. Have it sitting in house at room temp.

Yes anything above freezing should thaw it out. The higher the temp above freezing the faster it will thaw

And go ahead and put the CO2 on it - it'll need to be re-carbonated.

I hooked it back up to the tank and the beer is flat. Do I need to force carb keg again?
