So I was going to cold crash my Monk's Cowl Belgian ale and since my brew room has been averaging around 35ish degrees I thought that would be the easiest route. Sadly this cold wave coming thru our area and froze my beer. Question - is it ruined or will it be ok after it thaws. Is there a better way to thaw it without causing any more problems?

Since you were cold crashing, I would assume that it was done fermenting. The beer should be fine, but if you were intending to bottle, you may want to pitch some yeast for carbonating since the yeast in there will be of questionable health.

I feel you OP. It's been so cold here that the tailgaters have been grillin' their beers.
