Howdy folks,

I've been all grain brewing for some time now and have the potential in the future toward moving into a brewpub. My questions:

I am assuming a horseshoe set up beginning with hot liquor tun, mash tun, kettle, heat exchange, fermenters, bright tanks (if possible), to kegs. The big question: On a larger scale, how does one move the wort from one vessel to the next? Furthermore, are there any good websites out there which are UP TO DATE and offering up used or new complete brewhouse set ups?

Any and all help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Unless you have the height to do a gravity feed, it's all done with pumps. Try the probrewer site or look for a dairy going out of business.

I think a lot of breweries mount their pumps onto carts so they can move them where they need them, instead of bolting them onto their rig, like us homebrewers. Check out the 'going pro' group here too for similar discussion that others are having about this process.
