Hey all,
I am building a kegerator from a mini fridge with the freezer compartment on top. I was planning on making the attempt at bending the coolant line and freezer panel. I will be using pin lock kegs and after messing around with the fridge and keg today the keg will fit under the freezer compartment with an inch clearance. This got me to wondering if I need to bend down the freezer compartment or not. Doing a tower would it be a bad thought to not mess with possibly messing up the coolant and leaving the freezer as is minus the tower? Would it be bad on the lines running past the freezer section?. Everyone's thoughts would be great.

I had to bend the freezer plate down in the fridge I am currently modding. I was nervous at first but it wasn't a problem at all. Just keep it steady and go slow. If it were me, I would go ahead and get that sucker out the way, even if you do have enough clearance. But that's just me.
