Friend or Foe?

I have started growing hops for the first time as of this season.
I planted a cupple of wild hop rhizhomes along with some cascade and willamette. But I didn't know the sex of the wild varieties.
Edit: Should I be concerned about it? I remember reading something about less productivity at some point if pollinated?

What do you say before I cut it down with great vengeance?

Foe if you're paranoid about some seeds, but friend if you're looking to try to create a cool new variety. If you do anything to it, just cut the sidearms off as I have a feeling you'll be contacted by some folks on this forum that may want it.
