We have no idea what they are. I was going to go gonzo and try a fresh hop pale ale or smash. Any tips on the amount of hops to add?

samc Well-Known Member Joined Aug 11, 2008 Messages 5,366 Reaction score 80 Location Portland OR Aug 13, 2011 #2 Bitter with a known commercial hop and then flavor/aroma with 5 or 6 times what you would use if doing dry leaf. Thats ballpark as I recall.
