We have first year hops that have really taken off here!! We have huge cones on almost every one of the 44 plants we put in the ground!! (Goat manure really works wonders) we have cascades, centennials, magnums, and fuggles, 11 plants of each.. I was wondering if you guys have any tips for styles / types of beer I should make out of these guys... My partner was thinking just throw them all into one big beer but I am concerned maybe the fuggle/ magnum dankness may be better suited going into their own beer..
So basically what kind of grain bill should I put together if I were to use all of the hops in one, or on the other side what should I use if I split the hops into different brews ?
TLDR: I have fresh hops but am not sure what type of grains to use / style to brew. View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1437842888.310091.jpg
