freezing grains

Does anyone think putting cracked grains in the freezer will prolong their freshness? I am assuming it would.... But would freezing malted grain be bad in anyway?

Any other general suggestion's for the best ways to store cracked and uncracked grains?

Freezing may help, but I think there is no need.
Worst enemy of grain is humidity
