I got a freezer and a temperature control thing from nothern brewer.
I am testing it out before i brew a batch.
I noticed that if i set to be 55 degrees with a 2 degree difference+- I get a large temp swing. For example when it goes to 58 it will turn on and not stop until it is - 45.
is that something i should be worried about?
