Hi,

I was thinking about buying a Frigidaire chest freezer for putting my kegs in it and my CO2 tank. I just wanted to confirm that's ok to do? I'm not going to damage anything since its a freezer, am I?

you will need to buy a temperature controller to convert it to fridge temps so it don't freeze your beer....but to answer your question..yes, ok to do.

ok, so I will need one of those controllers. do those do any damage since they are constantly turning the machine on and off?

Nope. Plenty of us use a temperature controller of some variety without issue. I've got two analog Johnson Controls temp controllers (one for my keezer and one for a fridge I use for fermentation).
