I'm discovering sort of a pattern with my second batch. When I put one in the fridge at lunch and cone home from work hours later, I crack it open and get a great frothy head. But when I cool one quickly say in an icebath or freezer for 15 min its got a thin head that dissipates in seconds. Is this common?
