I realized I forgot to add sugar to my bottling keg. I put it in the fridge for a day and tapped it and realized it after. Is it able to be saved still?

You have a keg? ... Could you force carb it with CO2?

If not (which seems weird) you could warm it up again and add priming sugar. This should probably work but might depend on the yeast...It might take longer than normal to carb naturally after being "cold crashed".

Welcome to the forum! Cheers.

I don’t have the equipment to force carb. Co2 is just big enough to dispense. I added some priming sugar and put it back to see if it can carb. Hopefully it works

If you add sugar and bring it back to room temperature, it should carbonate just fine.
