I made two more batches of Apfelwein on Dec. 29th and set out all my stuff. Apple juice, check, yeast, check, sanitized carboys, check. Put it all together and yesterday I saw my bad of corn sugar sitting on the shelf. It has already fermented out but has no added sugar. Should I add it and repitch or just cut my losses?
 
The yeast is still in there, if you add the sugar it will ferment. No problems.
 
Either way you'll have drinkable cider. It's just up to you if you want one with more alcohol or not. Regards, GF.
