I need some help figuring out how to force carb my porter. My keg is in a walk in cooler at 55F. How long and at what pressure do I have to carb this beer at? The quick way and the slow way? THANKS!!:mug:

[...]For faster carbonation you can set your reg fror 30 psi, hook up the gas line to the keg, lay on it's side and roll. Only thing is, you don't know when to stop. Overcarbed beer is just as bad as undercarbed IMHO.

The better way to do the "shake 'n' bake" carb thing is to use the proper CO2 pressure from the same chart. That way you can't end up with over carbed beer...

Cheers!
