force carb temp

I dont have my kegerator built yet but its time to force carb. I also have soem cracked grains i need to brew with so i need to free up a carboy. Can i force carb at room temp until i get my kegerator built? 75f~

Yes you can, but the pressure is dependent on the temperature. For 40* beer, you only need 12psi. For 75* beer, you will need 30psi. See the chart here.

If I remember correctly you would have to carb around 40 psi. Why not carb naturally?
